I'm a night owl; but today after setting nearly 8 alarms, got up at 6am....
Damn, getting up at 6am is a lot of effort.... Seriously lot... I know I have to wake up... but both my mind and my body seem to be in another dimension. Seriously.. damn why does the body seem to move so slow in the morning.... It feels like being inside a zombies body.... You know what to do... but cant completely control it... BRAINS!!!!
Jokes apart, getting the body to move in a coordinated matter is a whole different story... Arms are floppy and even legs wont command your minds order....
Exercising (to be precise cardio) after a long time left like my heart is going to burst out of the rib cage... i could feel that small organ pumping fast... I mean very fast and my muscles are getting tired... soon after about 30 mins completely wiped out....
Then while relaxing came to know there were some muscles which were aching I didn't even know they existed... Guess they were buried under the multitude layers of fat....
Now my goal is to be fit.... Would fancy a six pack abs... but I know its out of my league... just want to be normal looking right now....
From today will be controlling my diet as well as loads of exercise for each and every day till I reach my target....
Hopefully I will try to stick to my plan.. Wishing me best of luck!!!
